All wastes need to be in Mill-Sized Bales to achieve the highest income, this page shows the dimensions of Mill-Sized Bales.
Prisons do not need a Mill Sized Baler to create Mill Sized Bales. These can be by stacking smaller bales from you Multi-Chamber Baler.
Many prisons have Orwak 5070 Multi-Chamber Balers to create Mill Sized Bales. This shows how to stack those bales.
The estate creates millions of Tetra-Pak cartons every year. These can now be baled and collected FOC. This guide explains the baling system.
We visit many prisons where balers are in need of repair, but there are no funds available. The Cluster Accounting Scheme allows Fletcher to organise and finance the repairs very quickly, and the prison can pay these costs back from future sales of Rebatable Wastes through the Cluster Collection Scheme.
Fletcher partners with a national Food Waste collector and can provide a weekly/fortnightly Food Waste collection services at a low price.
