Dear HMPs High Down, Coldingley, Send and Downview, to help maximise the rebates [or lower the costs] for recycling our wastes, we are creating clusters of prisons around the estate. Your four prisons have been grouped together as the Surrey Hills Cluster. We will use one vehicle to collect from [up to] all four prisons at the same time.

Ensuring we always 100% fill the collection vehicle means we will be both  reducing our Environmental Impact, and maximising your rebates by keeping Transport Charges as low as possible [vehicle can carry 26 bales/stillages/pallets]

Can you please use the 'Drop Down' to select your prison, then let us know how many of each waste you have for collection by typing the number in each box [then hit submit]. When the total number pf bales/stillages/pallets in the 4-prison cluster reaches 26, we will begin to organise collections.
