Allocate Collection Company

 

Fletcher Oils are a desktop-based Trader and Broker of Used Cooking Oil. We do not own collection vehicles, nor do we operate an oil processing plant. We use our fifteen-year experience in the sector to allocate the most reliable, trustworthy and professional oil collection company in the New Customers area to physically collect their Used Cooking Oil.

 

Monitor Collectors Performance

 

Understanding the performance of the allocated collection company is a direct reflection of Fletcher Oils performance, we closely monitor the first several collections. We regularly enquire whether our New Customers are happy with the service provided. If they are not happy, we have no hesitation in changing the collector to another we know in the area. This process will continue until both the New Customer and Fletcher Oils are happy with the service.

 

Transition to Collector Management

 

Once the New Customer and Fletcher Oils are happy with the service, we transition the day-to-day operations of the collection and payment to the collection company. There should be no interruption of the initial process, New Customer will merely see the design of the Waste Transfer Note and the payor changing from Fletcher Oils to the collection company.

 

Monitor Collectors Performance

 

The ultimate responsibility for the service given to New Customers will always be with Fletcher Oils. We continuously monitor the performance of the collection company through the monthly KPIs they provide to us, and of course by listening closely to any issues raised by the New Customer.
